Weight Training Basic Program

Being I vegetarian, I have had to go to some extremes to grow and maintain the little muscle I have. Apart from diet, a heavy duty weight training regime was required. My brother in law recently asked to have the basics sketched out in an email - unlike me, he eats proper food so he's growing fast!

 

He then popped the program into spread and sent it back. I have filled in notes on muscle groups and left it public. At least I can just point to it now.
